Endurance - a mix of kettlebells, TRX, battling ropes and other fun tools are used in these interval/circuit cardio sessions. Wednesdays at 8am, 10am and 6pm, Fridays at 6am, Saturdays at 9am.
Breakthrough Boxing - Coach Caleb takes his decades of martial arts experience and blends a variety of styles to create a class that will not only get you moving fast, but also teach you practical skills. Saturdays at 9:45am.
Yoga Recharge - Coach Kati's yoga classes include self-massage with therapy balls, detailed teaching of some traditional and non-traditional poses, and guided savasanas for deep relaxation. Fridays at 6pm and Saturdays at 10:30am.
