Build your strength while preparing to test your single rep max in the classic powerlifts - Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift! This meet will take place at Breakthrough and is ONLY open to Breakthrough members. This event is a great way to experience the fun and challenge of a powerlifting meet, without having to purchase any special gear (singlets will be optional) in a low-stress, home-turf environment.
