Start your New Year off by connecting to your Strongest Self! This 4 week Challenge is totally free to join, and you don't have to be a Breakthrough member! It's simple, fun and you'll even have the chance to win prizes!


Here's what you get when you join:

  • Starting January 2nd, you'll receive weekly checklists with Challenges to complete. Because being your Strongest Self isn't just about physical strength, the daily activities will vary between exercise (bodyweight strength and kettlebell training), nutrition, mindset and self-care challenges. We want to see your Strongest Self in mind, body and spirit!

  • You'll have chances to win prizes each week! For every activity you complete, post a photo or video on Facebook or Instagram and tag Breakthrough. Every post will earn you an entry into our weekly prize drawing! Supplements, t-shirts and even VIP Passes to train with us for free...we'll have new prizes each week!
