From any adversity, a stronger and more powerful version of us can emerge. A mythical bird who rises from the ashes to be reborn, the legend of the Phoenix spans many ancient cultures. This symbol of strength, renewal, and rebirth is the mascot for our Phoenix Retreat - a 3 night escape to the serene Lake Arrowhead Resort. The Phoenix Retreat is the perfect way to feel refreshed, energized and ready to take on the New Year!

The Phoenix Retreat will focus on three main objectives:

Cliff Hiking

Identify and take action on the things that make you feel powerful NOW, even if you have changes you’d like to make to your health and fitness. You don’t have to wait for a future version of you to exist, or for things in the world to “get back to normal" before you connect to your own inner power. 

Meditation by the Sea

With stress levels at an all time high, it’s essential to prioritize activities that promote rejuvenation and down-regulation. Our physical, mental and spiritual health depend on it.

Friends in Nature

Develop a laser focus on the things that are truly important to you and let go of the rest. With so many things competing for our attention, now more than ever we need tools to let the noise fade away, so we don’t miss the things that matter most to us.

  • Three Nights at the Lake Arrowhead Resort - Settle in for three nights in this peaceful setting, right on the Lake. The Resort has a restaurant and bar on site, and cozy fireside spots to rest and reflect. You'll have free time to take in the scenery with strolls around the lake or a hike in the forest, as well as shopping and restaurants at the Lake Arrowhead Village - all walking distance from the Resort. Rooms are all double occupancy, either with one King or two Queen Beds. If you want a room to yourself, we will quote you a separate price from the one listed below.

  • Restorative Yoga and Self Massage Sessions - Coach and Breakthrough Co-Owner, Kati Terray will guide the group in daily yoga and self massage sessions using the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls. These sessions will be designed to help you feel restored and relaxed in mind, body and spirit.

  • Guided Meditation and Breathing Practices - Daily down-regulation practices will help you let go of stress, and slow down. Only in pausing and allowing our parasympathetic nervous system to help us "power down", can we allow ourselves to "power up" fully and experience the things that truly ignite our inner power.

  • Group Coaching Sessions - Each day we will discuss mindset strategies, ways to take action toward your goals, and ideas to clear away the clutter so you can focus on what matters most to you.

  • Group Dinner - After you arrive on Thursday evening, we will kick off the weekend with a group dinner. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know when you register. All other meals are not included in the price of registration.

  • BONUS - We will also include a Phoenix logo journal, and a goodie bag of snacks to keep you fueled and full of inspiration!

The investment to join is $745 and is open to non-members as well as Breakthrough members. 


You can pay in full, or a payment plan is available to pay the first half upon registration (no later than 1/15), and the final half by 1/31. When you Sign Up just let us know which option is best for you.

Kati Terray has been a fitness coach for over 12 years. Her training as a Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Tune Up ® Teacher and Yoga Nidra meditation instructor allow her to bring unique physical and mental recovery strategies, as well as mindset perspectives that are often missing in the fitness space. She specializes in helping her students get “un-stuck” in mind, body and spirit.
