From any adversity, a stronger and more powerful version of us can emerge. A mythical bird who rises from the ashes to be reborn, the legend of the Phoenix spans many ancient cultures. This symbol of strength, renewal, and rebirth is the mascot for our Phoenix Project - a 6 week journey to rise up, and re-connect with our strength and inner power.

The events of the past year left none of us untouched, and we are still navigating uncertain times. It can be challenging in the midst of all the chaos to know the best ways to take care of our own physical and mental health. Whether you feel completely lost in the ashes, or you want to amplify a positive direction you are already taking, the Phoenix Project is designed to help you take flight.

The Phoenix Project will focus on three main objectives:

Cliff Hiking

Identify and take action on the things that make you feel powerful NOW, even if you have changes you’d like to make to your health and fitness. You don’t have to wait for a future version of you to exist, or for things in the world to “get back to normal" before you connect to your own power.

Meditation by the Sea

With stress levels at an all time high, it’s essential to prioritize activities that promote rejuvenation and down-regulation. Our physical, mental and spiritual health depend on it.

Friends in Nature

Develop a laser focus on the things that are truly important to you and let go of the rest. With so many things competing for our attention, now more than ever we need tools to let the noise fade away, so we don’t miss the things that matter most to us.

  • A Custom Fitness Training Plan - One of our coaches will consult with you to design a training plan for your goals - whether you want to lose weight, build strength, have more energy or move and feel better. We will take into account your training background and any injury history, what equipment you’ll have access to if you’ll be training at home, and how much time you have in your week for working out. If you join the Phoenix Project as a non-member, you’ll receive one semi-private training session each week to go through your program with a coach. Training sessions are your choice of virtual via zoom, or in person with us at Breakthrough.

  • Nutrition Support and Coaching - You’ll have access to nutrition support with Precision Nutrition Coach and Breakthrough Co-Owner, Kati Terray. Nutrition, like training has certain basic principles, but that doesn’t mean it’s one size fits all. There are lots of ways to approach a healthy eating plan, and what works for someone else might not be the best fit for you. We’ll help you take the steps that feel right for you, and where you’re at right now - even if that means you don’t feel like focusing on food at all.

  • A State of The Art Fitness App - We’ve partnered with the Bridge Athletic to deliver your training plan on an app where you can view videos of the exercises on your program, track your progress, and upload your own photos, videos and comments to check in with your coach. Of course, if you prefer things more “old school” we can happily create your program on paper too.

  • Access to Virtual Live and Pre-recorded Classes - You’ll be added to our Breakthrough Private Facebook Group where we do Live Classes 4 days a week - Strength, Endurance/Boxing, Yoga, and Self-Massage/Mobility. The classes stay up in the group for you to watch any time, and we’ve got over 9 months worth of classes for you enjoy!

  • A Private Phoenix Project Facebook Group - This group will be for Phoenix Project participants only.  You can connect with your coaches and other participants here to get support, ask questions, share ideas and successes. We will be regularly uploading content to this group, including video lessons, and various de-stressing practices you can access anytime.

  • Daily Down-Regulation - With de-stressing being a big part of this program, Coach Kati will be including lots of ways for you to unwind and recharge each day, even if you only have a few minutes. You’ll get videos you can use whenever you need them - self massage for relaxation, guided meditations, and calming breathing practices. Each week you’ll receive a new video lesson, as well as a new guided meditation based on the week’s focus. All of this content will be in the Private Facebook Group, as well as the Bridge App where you can access whatever you need, whenever you need it.

  • BONUS Weekly Zoom Check In  - Just because we want to over deliver, each week Coach Kati will also be hosting a zoom check-in on Thursdays at 6pm! These meetings are not mandatory to attend, so you don’t have to worry about feeling behind if you miss one. They are there for you to get any extra support you need, check in with the other participants, and ask any questions you have on training, nutrition, the weekly topics, goal setting etc.

The investment to join is $549 for non-members, and just $247 for current Breakthrough members.

You can pay in full, or a payment plan is available to pay the first half upon registration, and the final half by 2/26. When you Sign Up just let us know which option is best for you.

As our special gift for joining, you’ll receive a pair of Yoga Tune Up ® Therapy Balls and a Coregeous Ball to unwind tight muscles and help you relax. And you’ll also receive an exclusive t-shirt with our Breakthrough Phoenix logo that will be available to participants only!

If you register by Monday 1/25 and choose the pay in full option, you’ll also receive a Phoenix logo journal, and a custom sample meal plan to help you get started! Registration deadline is 1/30, and we are limiting this Program to 15 participants only, so don’t wait to sign up!
